Joining a loyalty program

Some businesses run a loyalty (rewards) program through Scroll. You're enrolled automatically the first time you make a purchase there with the contact info on your Scroll account — there's usually nothing extra to sign up for.

You can also browse and join programs yourself: go to the Loyalty tab and switch to All to see every program available, or Mine to see the ones you're already enrolled in.

Tracking your points

The Loyalty tab (set to Mine) shows, for each business you're enrolled with:

• Your current point balance
• Your tier (if the business has tiers) and how close you are to the next one
• Recent point activity

Redeeming rewards

Redemption is handled by the business — check what they offer (discounts, free items, etc.) and how to redeem in-store. Your Loyalty tab always shows your up-to-date balance so you know what you have available.

Promotions

Businesses can also publish one-off promotions and discount codes (separate from ongoing loyalty points). Claimed promotions show up under the Promotions tab, with redemption tracked automatically so you always know which ones you've already used.

One account, every business

Your points and progress for each business stay separate, but they all live under the same Scroll login — no separate app or account per merchant.
