Creating a promotion

From your business portal, go to the Promotions tab and select Create Promotion. Set a description, the discount or offer, and how long it should run.

Where consumers see it

Published promotions appear to Scroll consumers who can claim and save them to their Wallet. Every claim and redemption is tracked automatically, so your Promotions tab always shows current performance — no separate reporting needed.

Boosting a promotion

An active promotion can be boosted to reach every consumer enrolled in your loyalty program in a one-time push, from a Boost button on the promotion. This is separate from the promotion showing up in normal search/browse — Boost is for actively notifying your existing loyalty members.
